Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Please go through the shipping policy as elaborated below to know more about how we handle and process an order once it has been received.
Shipping
At Coyofit, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 999. For orders below that, we charge a flat Rs. 100 shipping fee.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
We will inform you, via e-mail, as to when your order is shipped, along with any tracking information.
Address Change
Changes to the delivery address will be accepted only if order has not been shipped.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
We understand, however, that there may be times when mishandling during shipping may result in a damaged piece. If this occurs, you may return it to us for an exchange. In case your purchase has defects during stringing, we will be happy to offer you an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please immediately email customer service at hello@coyofit.com with photographs and preferably a video of your product, highlighting defects. On confirmation by us, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 5 business days to process your exchange from the receipt of your item. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have already been used.
- Items that have been damaged after opening.
- Items that are not accompanied by the original packaging.
